ARSIS - Association for the Social Support of Youth - is a non-governmental organisation that specialises in supporting youth in difficulty or danger and advocating for their rights.

During the good practice sharing session, ARSIS team members will share how they support and work with accompanied minors who migrated to Greece and/or seeking to continue their migration journey to other European countries. The ARSIS work contributes to the European Youth Goals #3 Inclusive Societies and #5 Mental Health & Wellbeing.

The interactive session will include:
  • getting to know each other and how we feel/see the topic of inclusive societies and migration;
  • watching videos of children and youth migration stories;
  • discussion about children's and young migrants' realities, challenges and support given.

Watch an award-winning animated journey of a war child:

Watch "Children on the Move," a movie that recognizes the growing plight of young people who are fleeing violence and war and struggling to reach safety.

This good practice sharing session is a part of the European Youth Goals in Cities of Learning cooperation partnership (read more about this project) implemented by four partner organisations:
  • System&G, lead partner in Greece
  • CODEC, Belgium
