Αυτή η playlist έχει σκοπό την εξερεύνηση της ικανότητας εργασίας σε διαπολιτισμικά περιβάλλοντα. Η συνύπαρξη σε ένα πολυπολιτισμικό περιβάλλον είναι μια εμπειρία που δυνητικά μπορεί να εμπλουτίσει πολύ τον τρόπο που σκεφτόμαστε και συνεργαζόμαστε με άλλους. Αυτή η εμπειρία μπορεί να τονώσει τις ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και τη δημιουργικότητα. Όταν συνυπάρχουμε σε τέτοια περιβάλλοντα είναι σημαντικό να γνωρίζουμε τις προκλήσεις που μπορεί να εμφανιστούν και να σκεφτόμαστε πιθανούς τρόπους λύσης.

This playlist intends to explore the ability to work in cross-c. Living together in a multicultural environment is an experience that can potentially greatly enrich the way we think and work with others. This experience can stimulate problem-solving skills and creativity. When we coexist in such environments it is important to be aware of the challenges that may arise and think of possible solutions.

Σε αυτήν την δραστηριότητα θα θέλαμε να μοιραστείς αν αντιμετώπισες κάποιες διαπολιτισμικές προκλήσεις και δυσκολίες και πως τις χειρίστηκες, στη συμμετοχή σου σε κάποιο πρόγραμμα Eramus+ ή/και πρόγραμμα Σώματος Ευρωπαϊκής Αλληλεγγύης.

In the following activity we would like you to share if you faced any intercultural challenges and difficulties and how you handled them, during your participation in an Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps programme.﻿
